Because our spell kits are handcrafted and made with intention, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalised orders (Conjured for You).

For our ready-made spell kits, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Perishable goods and gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
