Our owls are dedicated, hard-working creatures who take their magical deliveries very seriously. Here's everything you need to know about how your spells will find their way to you.

🕯️ Default Spell Kits

Our ready-made spell kits are lovingly prepared and kept in stock so they can fly out to you as swiftly as possible. Once your order is placed:

• Processing time: 1–3 working days (subject to availability)
• Delivery time: Varies by destination — our owls will do their very best!

If a particular kit is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to wait or choose an alternative.

✨ Custom Spell Kits

Every custom spell kit is a unique creation, assembled with care and intention specifically for you. Because no two requests are the same, timelines can vary:

• Simple requests: typically ready within 3–5 working days
• Complex or elaborate spells: may take 1–3 weeks, depending on the ingredients, ritual work, and energy involved

Once we receive your request through our Book of Shadows form, we will be in touch to confirm the details, timeline, and any questions we may have before we begin crafting your kit.

🌙 A Note on Magic & Timing

Some spells are best cast during specific moon phases or planetary alignments. If your request calls for it, we may time the preparation of your kit accordingly — we will always communicate this with you openly.
