Every great spell begins with a story. Ours started in the winding, cobblestoned streets of Genoa, Italy, in a small, wonderfully cluttered magic shop called O'Ratto Pennugo — a place where crystals caught the light just so, where the air smelled of dried herbs and old books, and where magic felt as natural as breathing.

From those enchanted beginnings, The Quirky Witch was born — a little corner of the internet where magic meets mischief, and where we believe that witchcraft should be joyful, inclusive, and a little bit cheeky.

We are passionate practitioners who take our craft seriously — but never ourselves. Our mission is simple: to bring you high-quality, creative, and genuinely magical products that make you smile, feel empowered, and maybe even cackle with delight.

This space was born from many things — a medieval lane in Genoa, a belief in the unseen, and a man who could build an entire world with his hands.

Mario "Titti" Strata never sought the spotlight. He worked behind the curtain — crafting stage sets, painting backdrops, conjuring entire worlds from nothing — and then stepped back to let others shine. A true Renaissance man, stubborn in the best way, and fair to his core.

He was Genoese through and through: reserved, quietly witty, and fiercely proud. And he taught me, without ever saying it outright, that creativity doesn't need an audience to be real.

This is for him. ✨
